Job Summary:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their success with our SaaS-based products. You will serve as a liaison between our customers and cross-functional internal teams, such as Sales, Product, and Support. You will be responsible for understanding the customer’s business needs and providing the necessary guidance to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their main point of contact for all post-sales activities, this involved travelling to customer’s location and meeting them in-person.
- Understand the customer’s business goals and develop strategies to help them achieve success with our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns the customer may have.
- Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their satisfaction and to gather feedback to improve our products and services.
- Analyse customer data and provide insights to help them optimize their use of our products.
- Develop and deliver customer training and onboarding to ensure customers are able to use our products effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our customers are receiving the best possible experience.
- Willing to work in night shifts as well (as and when required).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently(Self Starter) and as part of a team.
- Experience working with SaaS-based products is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer success.
