THIS QUICKMETRIX MASTER SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) GOVERNS YOUR ACQUISITION AND USE OF OUR QUICKMETRIX SERVICES. ‘QUICKMETRIX’ IS A BRAND OWNED BY LIGHTHOUSE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LTD.
We are committed to doing business with the highest ethical standards and appropriate internal controls. Our Privacy Policy applies to all users of www.quickmetrix.com (the “Site”). Our Terms of Service (“Terms”) is incorporated herein by reference and is available at www.quickmetrix.com/terms. All defined terms in the Privacy Policy shall have the same meaning as defined in the Terms. We adheres to the following policies with regards to Your privacy.
- Definitions
- “Non-Personal Information” is information that is in no way personally identifiable and that is obtained automatically through Your simple use of the Site with a web browser or the Service.
- “Personally Identifiable Information” is non-public information that is personally identifiable and obtained in connection with providing a product or service to You. It may include information such as name and address.

In order to become a User (as defined in the Terms), You must provide us the following information to create an account: name, email address, phone number, credit card information, Your Twitter username and authorization to access Your Twitter account, Your facebook username and authorization to access Your Facebook FanPage.
We may request other information from You during or after the registration process that we uses to provide better and more customized services to Users. You acknowledge that this information is personal to You, and by creating an account on QuickMetrix, You may allow others, including us, to identify You and to allow us to use Your information in accordance with the Terms.
- Customer Service
We collect information when You interact with ours customer service in order to accurately categorize and respond to customer inquiries and investigate breaches of Our terms.
- Using Third Party Services and Visiting Third Party Sites
Information You provide to third-party sites/websites through the Service are not within the control of us and You provide such information at Your own risk. The terms and conditions of use and the privacy policies of those websites that You provide information to through the Service will govern their use of such information. Any information You share with a third-party site through the Service will be collected by us. We will use such information in compliance with this Privacy Policy.
- Use of Cookies
The Site may send a “cookie” to Your computer. A cookie is a small piece of data that is sent to Your browser from a web server and stored on Your computer’s hard drive. A cookie cannot read data off Your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. Cookies do not damage Your system. Cookies allow us to recognize You as a user when You return to the QuickMetrix website using the same computer and web browser. - Log files, IP Addresses and information about Your computer and mobile device
Due to the communications standards on the internet, when You visit the Site We automatically receive the URL of the site from which You came and the site to which You are going when You leave ours Site. We also receives the internet protocol (“IP”) address of Your computer (or the proxy server You use to access the World Wide Web), Your computer operating system and type of web browser You are using, email patterns, Your mobile device (including Your UDID) and mobile operating system (if You are accessing the Site using a mobile device), as well as the name of Your ISP or Your mobile carrier. We may also receive location data passed to it from third-party services or GPS-enabled devices that You have enabled. Also, as described above in Section 2.D. We receives information when You access third-party web pages through the Service. The link between Your IP address and Your personally identifiable information is not shared with third parties without Your permission, except as described in Section 8. (“When We May Disclose Your Information”), below.
- Do-Not-Track
Currently, our systems do not recognize browser “do-not-track” requests. You may, however, disable certain tracking as discussed in this Privacy Policy (e.g., by disabling cookies, or using ‘private’ browsing modes).
- Exemptions from Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy does not apply to any information You may send to us by email or instant messaging programs (i.e. AOL, Yahoo, etc.), as email and instant messages are not recognized as secure communication forms. As such, We request that You do not send any information, which You consider private, to us by email or instant message. Furthermore, Our Privacy Policy does not apply to any information You post from Our Software to other websites (i.e. Twitter, Facebook, etc.), due to the public nature of such postings.
- Use of Personally Identifiable Information
We use information solely to:
- Provide and operate the QuickMetrix platform.
- Authenticate users and manage accounts.
- Deliver customer support.
- Monitor service performance and security.
- Improve platform functionality and user experience.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
- Communicate service-related notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative information.
- Links/Postings to Other Sites
The Site and/or Software may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the actions, practices, or content of such websites linked to or from the Site and/or Software. You understand that such websites may have their own legal documents to which You must agree to prior to using and that We have no control over these legal documents. As always, You understand that it is Your responsibility to verify Your legal use of a website as well as use of information from the website with the corresponding website owner
- Market Research
We may conduct online research surveys in order to gather feedback about the Site and opinions on important issues, through email invitations. When participating in a survey, We may ask You to submit Personally Identifiable Information. This Personally Identifiable Information is used for research purposes, and is not used for sales solicitations. Personally Identifiable Information collected through market research will be used only by QuickMetrix and will not be given or sold to a third party without Your consent or as otherwise permitted by this Privacy Policy.
- Use of Aggregate Data
We may combine Non-Personal Information You provide through the Site with information from other users to create aggregate data that may be disclosed to third parties. Aggregate information does not contain any information that could be used to identify You and does not include Your personal contact information.

QuickMetrix does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose customer data or personally identifiable information to third parties for marketing, advertising, profiling, or commercial purposes.
We may disclose information only in the following limited circumstances:-
- To trusted service providers who process data solely on behalf of QuickMetrix and only to the extent necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and support the QuickMetrix platform..
- Where required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena, court order, or governmental request..
- To protect the rights, security, safety, property, systems, customers, users, or operations of QuickMetrix..
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.
All service providers acting on behalf of QuickMetrix are contractually required to protect customer information and may not use such information for their own purposes.
- Google API Services User Data
QuickMetrix’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Information obtained through Google APIs, including Gmail APIs and Google Workspace APIs, is used solely to provide, maintain, support, and improve the functionality requested by the user.
QuickMetrix does not:
- Sell Google user data.
- Share Google user data with third parties except as necessary to provide the requested service, comply with applicable law, or where expressly authorized by the user.
- Use Google user data for advertising purposes.
- Use Google user data to create advertising or marketing profiles.
- Use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Access to Google user data is restricted to authorized personnel only when necessary for customer support, security investigations, legal compliance, or with the explicit consent of the user.
In the event of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy, the requirements of the Google API Services User Data Policy shall govern with respect to Google user data.
- Access, Correction and Deletion of Personally Identifiable Data
You may request access to a report of the Personally Identifiable Information we maintain concerning Your use of the Service and you may request that the Personally Identifiable Information that we have collected and maintain be corrected or deleted. In order to make this request, please contact us at [email protected]. Please be aware that if you request that we delete Your Personally Identifiable Information, You may no longer have access to the Service. If Your access to the Service is terminated based upon Your request that We delete Your Personally Identifiable Information, please be advised that Your resulting inability to use the Service shall not be a basis for a refund or to avoid charges for the Service that You previously agreed to.
- Security Policy & User ID/Password
Our site utilizes various information security measures such as internet firewalls, an intrusion detection system, encrypted data transmission, and operating procedures to protect Your personal data, accounts, passwords, etc. This information is kept completely separate and confidential, unless You have given someone-else Your user ID and password. As such, You should protect Your user ID and password and NOT share it with anyone. - Transfer of Ownership
If the entire or substantial ownership of the Site were to change, Your user information may be transferred to the new owner so the service can continue operations. In any such transfer of information, Your user information would remain subject to the promises of Our then current Privacy Policy.

Upon written request, We would be happy to provide You with information as to whether – and if so, which – personal data We store in relation to You. Should Your personal data be incorrect, You may have this rectified immediately. Any such information or modification is free of charge.
Moreover, You are entitled to revoke Your consent to use of data in the future, in whole or in part. Should You desire this, We will delete or block your relevant data; however, doing so may result in Your inability to use the Service in whole or in part.

You agree that we can access Your account information in order to respond to Your service requests and/or as necessary, in Our sole discretion, to provide You with the Services.

If you have given us permission to access your data using the YouTube API Services, you may cancel our access to your data through the Google security settings page, which is available at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions Please note that users must agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
